We stayed here for three weeks from September to October and had an amazing experience — we’ll definitely stay again! The view was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with daily room service. The small kitchen area was very convenient, and the bedrooms were clean and well-kept. Manager Rashid and his team were always available whenever needed, even during the lockdown when the internet service in the area was cut. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner — very humble and friendly. Great location overall. Thank you, and keep up the good work!
We had a great time at Mirpur Apartments. Check In and checkout was a breeze. Staff were super nice, friendly and they do everything to make your stay as nice as possible. Every request you have, they will make it happen. Standards were clean and the rooms were nice. The water was always hot and there were no issues with electric shutting off. I would recommend it to everyone.
Absolutely amazing stay! The apartments are luxurious and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend for families.

Great location and very spacious rooms. The view from the top floor is stunning.
We recently completed a two week stay at Mirpur Apartments and Hotel, and it was truly a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was welcoming. The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the hospitality. We were incredibly well looked after by the manager, Rashid. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect— his professionalism and genuine care made a world of difference. Why we loved it: Spacious Accommodations: The rooms were clean, modern, and perfectly equipped for a long-term stay. Prime Location: Conveniently situated, making it easy to navigate the area. Top-Tier Management: Rashid’s attention to detail ensures the hotel runs like clockwork. If you are looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay with staff who actually care about your experience, look no further. We will definitely be returning!
I went in this hotel. Services are very fantastic.Location is too good
Lovely place to stay with family! Rashid alongside his team are amazing. Very kind caring and really look after you. Any complaints you have are dealt with straightaway! Rooms are spacious and clean. If there is a power outage the backup generator kicks in immediately and you have power again. Hot water from the showers, fridge/freezer and all necessary amenities are available! I’ve stayed here twice and have had no complaints at all. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit. Only little concern is that the rooms need modernising a bit apart from that money and time well spent!!! Thank you Rashid for looking after us if only every apartments/hotels had a Rashid to look after their customers!

Currently staying here and it’s the best hotel I’ve seen in Mirpur. Brother Rashid has helped us immensely, even when he’s not working he is always on hand 24/7. Not one complaint from myself. The executive rooms are great and modern, with AC, room service etc. Great facilities and even better staff. Will be back in August In Sha Allah.
This place is definitely deserves a wow. Service was awesome and staff was very kind and helpful. Would strongly recommend this place if you’re visiting Mirpur AJK and staying there for either business or pleasure.
I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but my experience at Abbas Towers was so exceptional that I felt it was necessary to share. From the start, the booking process and check-in were seamless. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service, which felt more like what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. There was excellent communication leading up to our arrival, making everything smooth and easy. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Rashid, who gave us a thorough tour of the property, starting from the reception area, through the lobby, and all the way up to our apartment. The first impression was fantastic, and the service continued to impress. The hospitality from all the staff was truly exceptional. Everyone was friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Breakfast was a particular highlight—ordering from the menu via a call to reception was a breeze, and the food was delivered right to our room, which made mornings even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. As we arrived in January, I appreciated the warmth of the apartment, which was perfect for the winter weather. The thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks was much appreciated. Rashid gave us a full tour of the apartment, provided access to the free Wi-Fi, and walked us through the facilities. Our apartment featured an open dining area, a spacious lounge, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. There were three large bedrooms, two of which had en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom had a separate bathroom, while the two other rooms shared an en-suite with a connecting door. Each room had both AC and heating for comfort. The bathrooms were equipped with walk-in showers and hot water available 24/7. Abbas Towers also has industrial-grade generators that kick in within 30 seconds in the event of a power cut, which was very reassuring. For entertainment, the apartment had a flat-screen TV with over 100 satellite channels. The kitchen was modern and well-fitted with a gas hub, extractor fan, sink, kettle, microwave, and all the essential cutlery. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh bed linens, hoovering throughout, and clean towels. This attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at Abbas Towers was nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, top-notch service, and a fantastic stay.

We recently enjoyed a delightful three-night stay at Mirpur Apartments and Hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The apartment was not only spacious and comfortable but also impeccably clean. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. The attention to detail in housekeeping did not go unnoticed, making our stay all the more enjoyable. One of the notable aspects was the seamless availability of electricity. We faced no issues during our entire stay, contributing to a hassle-free and comfortable environment. It's clear that Mirpur Apartments and Hotel prioritizes the comfort and convenience of its guests. The overall ambiance of the property was welcoming, and the staff was both courteous and accommodating. Any queries or requests were met with prompt and efficient service, further enhancing the positive experience. I would highly recommend Mirpur Apartments and Hotel to anyone seeking a well-maintained, comfortable, and welcoming accommodation in the area.
